I have to get to the mall today to get a few more Christmas presents. Do you ever feel guilty that someone spent more on you than you did on them? I hate that feeling. I feel like I have to even the score.

I did the MM Upper Body premix, adding on the core section and Stretchmax segment 2.

I have to go to Kohl's today, I just hope the lines aren't crazy!!!

Hi all,

I had a problem this weekend that stumped the doctor yesterday so no workout for me. Today I am better but not 100% but managed 35 min. of Taebo. I have,what they are calling a muscle pain in my head right behind my left ear, where that bump is on your skull. It is NOT a lymph node so they are treating me with prednisone for 3 days to see about getting the inflammation down and the pain to subside. The pain was an 8 on a scale from 1-10 and not fun. None of my pain killers I had on hand brought it down, mostly just brought it down to a 5 or 6.

I am now numb on the back of my neck so I am not sure that is related or not, since I am some better I did not call the doctor again. But if I start to get neurological symptoms then I have to go back in.

Anyway have a great day... I am an aunt again also which is a good thing, she was born last evening don't know any details yet.
