Today I did Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing-Bootcut which is 50 minutes long.

Had not done it in a while, definitely see improvements in my endurance and stamina.

Hi Ladies,

Today I did my own Blender workout of RWH chest/shoulders/bis/tris + cross fire cardio intervals. I added on a short jon kabat zinn meditation.

Hi everyone. Today was Cathe Slow and heavy legs and shoulders. Butt is feeling it! Annette, I love kickboxing. Is that a good one? Elsie, an hour long walk sounds like heaven. Maybe this weekend I'll do the same. Ceci, I really hope your basement gets fixed. I'd be coming out of my skin if my workout zen was interrupted!! Henriette I hope you feel better. I hate GI issues!! Good evening to all who follow.
 
Peg, Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing -Bootcamp is a circuit workout. I like it, she has little short combos intermixed with stabilizing moves and then weight work usually involving upper and lower body in a combined move. 2 ab exercises at the end on the floor then a short stretch on floor and ending up in a standing position.

All in all not a bad workout.
