Good morning fitness buddies....

Yesterday I did the 82 minute kickboxing/strength circuit off KPC/LG, what a great circuit!!

Today I have PUB planned as well as some cardio. I saw xswartz's comment on Step Max on the DVD discussion forum and I think I'll try it or part of it, we'll see how much time I have left after PUB. Some sort of cardio will get done today though.

I have today and tomorrow to work and I'M OFF FOR TWO WEEKS!! I leave for vacation on Friday. I am soooo ready for a break!!

Jane - I haven't tried that premix, but now I'll have to!

Phyllis - don't you sometimes wish that you could have several barbells, all at different weights, so you didn't have to keep changing?:p

Yesterday was a 3 mile run (no hip pain today!), chest and Coremax 1. Today is Powermax and back. I think I'll do GS back, plus some pull-ups.

Yesterday PUB shoulders & abs and Stepworks, today I'm thinking PUB chest and a run or the stationary bike. Maybe some stretching if I have the time.

I second the wish to have different weighted barbells !! I hate to have to stop and change weights!:p

Shelley I'm glad your hip is feeling better......Jane, I want to try that premix too. Maybe this week!!!

Today I'll be doing CC#6 on the treadmill and CM#2.

Jane: I haven't tried any of the KPC/LG premixes...I'll have to try that one.

I'm still draggin @$$ this morning and HATING it! My throat is on FIRE and consequently it's hard for me to sleep in even though I WANT to cause I am sooo tired!;( I'm callin' the doc today...I can't handle it anymore! GRRRR!x(

Good morning all! This is quite the group of early risers!! I felt so proud of myself for hauling a** out of bed this morning until I started looking at the time stamps on all of your posts!

Just finished doing Imax 2 and GS biceps....I really need to do some ab work, so I'm going to force myself to do Coremax (I absolutely hate doing abs) after I finish drinking my coffee.

Today was supposed to be Imax 3, but again it wouldn't play, so I did Seasun's TNS, nice 80 minute workout including core and abs.

Conni- Have you followed the pointers on the DVD school thread in the DVD Questions and Comments forum? Perhaps your DVD had some dirt or dust on it. This happened with my CTX DVD and I cleaned it asdirectedandtheproblem went away.

Today I did PS BACK and abs, and KM: WU and Blasts only, I will golf later andwalk so I kept thecardio short today. Again I am aiming to stretch those calves throughout the day.

Good morning ladies -
Not much time to read everyone else's workouts, but I'm sure they're just as great as always! Last night I did KPC through the high intensity drills (skipped the kicking and punching at the end) and tacked on the KM blast challenge. I guess it was about 45 minutes, and a pretty darned good workout. I love the KM blasts!

Today I hope to do PUB-up and PLB-up, plus some abs. The farrier is supposed to be out to trim the horses' hooves, so we'll see how the time goes.
 
Hello everyone!

Good morning it is as the sun is out in all it's glory and that is helping me immensely with my mood already.

I have C&W on tap for today then tons of laundry plus my calico just threw up all over my kitchen floor so I'm done cleaning it all up ugh why does she need to hack all the time the kids have nicknamed her Miss Hacks A Lot; anyway we are giving her the stuff to avoid it to no avail.

Well I need to eat and get on with the day .

Morning ladies. I was supposed to do GS BBS, but my chest and triceps are still pretty sore from Sunday's workout, so I did IMAX 2 followed by Core Max #2 instead. I'll have to do GS BBS tomorrow.

Susan..I am enjoying Pilates alot. I did a longer one yesterday and it was fun. I never did Yoga til about 2004 but I enjoy it also. I try for Yoga or Pilates once a week..

Annette..I know what you mean about your arms tiring with weighted gloves in Cathe's workouts! I do Cathe's Kickmax kicking and ounching drills and yeow!!

Sandra...MIC can be like that for me too. I really don't enjoy the step part...:(...Sounds like you are doing good with ETL. I didn't know you were moving?

Carole, believe it or not, I am going to Italy and Spain. I've never been outside the US before and I am pretty apprehensive about it but I'm determined to put my anxiety aside and enjoy this wonderful adverture!!!!

Hi Judy,

Yes, I have tried that before and have had no issues, but this is really wild. On Sunday the DVD player refused to even recognize it in the player. I will try cleaning it again and let you know.

Today I will be doing KPC plus Firm Fol 1, an oldy but goody. It's supposed to be warm here in Boston tomorrow so maybe I'll go for a run. Have a healthy day!
