Good morning fitness folks!

I was hoping to see an update from Conni when I logged on. Let us know how he is doing Conni.

Tammy - I received an email from CC this morning. Apparently the #2 revised workout was offered last year as a free download as a thank you from CC to customers. That was before I came on board I guess. I bought the megapak in November of last year. However, I did tell them I am not receiving any emails from CC regarding events, news, offers, etc. I didn't know anything about PressPlay until right at the event. Do you receive regular emails from them?

Today is my rest day and I'm going to enjoy it. Working out six days a week makes you really appreciate that rest day!

Today is my WW weigh-in. I am going to weigh in and get it over with for April. My weight is down and so are my measurements. I had a better month in March than I usually do (food-wise) and I can tell it in my stats.

Jane, I too, was hoping to see an update from Connie. Continued prayers Connie for your family. Please let us know when you can.

Yesterday I did the leg floorwork mishmosh , abs and then ended up cutting the grass! I spent all day outside enjoying the sun and beautiful day and now have a lovely "farmers tan" to show off !:p

Today is Stepblast and more abs (wonder why two days in a row?- has anyone noticed this? then there is no abs Wed or Thurs. think its a misprint?) Come to think of it, I'll probably save abs until tomorrow.
I LOVE Stepblast....so will enjoy that!:D

Good morning Jane, Becky and all to follow.

SB and abs for me today too. Becky, I didn't do abs yesterday as I had done a double set on Sun. I chose the ones from PS back.

I won't be able to do the continuous stair thing in the bonus cardio. Any suggestions for a substitute? I suppose I could just do one of the other things again, but that wont target the legs like the stairs would.

I also have been thinking about Conni. I hope that all is OK!

Phyllis, I am looking for a substitute for the whole bonus cardio!
I want to add it on but don't want to be jumping (jacks and rope)on concrete (where I work out) or lunging......but I want the extra cardio.
I might end up just power walking on the TM, using an incline when we would be going up and down stairs.....jogging for the minute of running...... I'm not sure yet.

Maybe you could do step ups on the high step?

I usually sub in a leg/cardio day for Plyo on tuesdays but today is the FINAL time that Plyo is called for in my X rotation so I may just have to do it to CELEBRATE!}( I also have to do ARX as I didn't get around to it yesterday. I ran out of time....

Today is GS C/T and bonus cardio.

Jane: The last time I received emails from CC was in regards to PP. I sent you a PM yesterday, did you get it? Enjoy your rest day and congrats on the WW stats. You have a busy couple of weeks coming up.

Becky: Farmers tan....LOL! Have fun with SB, I had fun with that one yesterday.

Phyllis: You get to have a blast today too....:7

Tig: Did you tackle the UPS guy yet?

Good morning everyone,

Yes, it is a pretty good morning as far as things go. Thanks for all your concerns, it has been an interesting week so far..

Hubby came through surgery very well, the infection has been contained ( that is the opinion at this point ) and he is in ICU dealing with the withdrawal of the medications that were in the implant. They are keeping him comfortable, so we are at a decent point right now. Hopefully this afternoon we will start the medication transition from the implant to oral, so I guess that is the next hurdle, but all is pretty calm for the moment.

I will admit, working out today felt a little foggy, but I got through it. I did Gays' Cardio Step Express, fun and not too demanding on the brain!

Please keep the prayers coming, they are working and they are soooo appreciated!:)
 
Good morning Ladies!

Today's workout is done - did Step Blast and 10 minutes of ab work. Fun, Fun!

I feel soooo good now that I worked out.

I did add in workout #3 of Stretch Max in between the cardio and abs, my calves were needing it as they felt tight from yesterday's GS Legs.

* Conni - continued prayers - glad to hear that the surgery went well.

* Jane - enjoy your rest day today and good idea of getting in your monthly WI today (good luck) - me I'm just going to wait until I am back at goal ;) - which I hope will not be long :p

* Becky - I just realised the back to back ab work. We have today and tommorrow before we get that cold front - It's been lovely here with highs going up into the 80s

*Phyllis - I'm not sure about that bonus cardio with stairs either but enjoy today's rotation it went by so smooth and fast for me.

Vilma ~ I had a blast yesterday with StepBlast, that is just one happy feet workout! I did the Bonus Cardio today and I must admit it was LOTS of fun! It is not something I would ordinarily do and I can't wait until it domes up in the rotation again.
 
PLYO is DONE!!! I did HSC abs instead of ARX today.

I was good and did NOT tackle the UPS guy...I waited patiently for him to be on "safe ground" before I jumped on the box!!!:7 :7 :7
