Good Morning Annette,

Today I did a mix of MPL - 40 minutes (it was tough) and added on 10 minutes of CG's triceps.

Huge workout yesterday for you. Wow.

Hi Siobhan,

Today was roughly an hour of weight lifting. I hit the back machine, the barbell, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders, leg machines 3of them, then floorwork for legs, abs and glutes and a short stretch.

Glad you got a workout in.
