Good morning ladies!

Well, last night wasn't a good tv night, so I ended up doing a CatheLive-Total Body Circuit. I did 35 min. of this 46 min workout. I did the warmup, 5 of the 7 rounds of lower body, upper & core, and the stretch. It is one of my favorite live workouts, as it has some neat core work in it. I wasn't planning on doing it, but glad I did!

Today's workouts:-
Blender- STS 1& 2 Mixed Up Bootcamp - 25 min.
KCM- Start Here dvd- Premix: Aerobic Cardio - 19 min.
Hydrow- "10 min. Welcome to Japan" Rowing workout.

Today I did two Midas MVMT workouts of 21 minutes each. I did my own stretch. I did cardio + chest and shoulders.

Nice workout Linda! Today and last evening. whoa!

Hi ladies,

Today after talking to Judy I did a grueling 90 minute weight workout including chest press with the barbell, dumbbells for chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders, one cable exercise for all of upper body, back machine, the sled up to 11 plates ( yes you read that right) l was feeling strong so I skipped from 6 to 8 then from 8 to 10 and then went halfway back with 11. Still not my max but I am getting there. Then after unloading the sled, I did 2 leg machines and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus standing abs and a stretch. I am spent!! I will feel it tomorrow for sure.
