good morning everyone,

today I did a short STS Squat rack legs - I did the whole thing but I shortened the rest to 1 minute at I only have 35's to work with (oooh ending a sentence with a preposition - not good :( )

Ceci - great work with STS. I haven't done those workouts in a while. There is a huge dread factor for me.

Annette-you are my hero for functioning in that kind of heat in the house. I am a heat wimp if I am not at the beach.

Today was Boxing Hiit and Core Live and a YogaTX hips segment.

Yes, sometimes the heat is unbearable, which is one reason I joined the gym, so I could workout in comfort.

Today hubby had something to do so I went to the gym and did 14.25 minutes on the stair machine . In between cardio I did the leg press machine. Then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine. Then I did the calf machine, the inner and outer leg machines and ended with floorwork abs. Roughly 15 minutes of weight work for lower body.

Some man who started the conversation with 'I am not trying to flirt with you ' said that I have very nicely defined legs. I thanked him.

Honestly, he has spoken to me before and complemented me on my weight loss.

He later said that I was an inspiration to him and that he liked seeing me at the gym exercising. He is one hyper dude when it comes to working out. My son and I had nicknamed him 'hyper dude'.

Anyway, hot day today, glad I got to the gym .
