Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live a 38 minute low impact cardio workout - #247???? It was really good. tough too.

I added on baby shark abs X2 + did a short 6 minute body weight hiit segment from SSOD.

Now, to stretch.

Walked another cavern but didn't get as many steps today. Phone only recorded 25 minutes worth of steps but the cavern was neat.
