And there goes September...

Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I did more Caroline G. I did 30 minutes of her latest legs (I just couldn't do repeats anymore) and moved on a 15 minute bodyweight leg cardio workout by her. Love this woman (not as much as Cathe - if I had to choose only one instructor, well, Cathe is it).

Sorry to read your dog isn't responding well to the medicine Annette. Sigh is right.

I hope you get some great results. Keep me posted.

Well, in my own mistake, I got the day wrong for my kidney doctor's appointment. It was yesterday and I missed it thinking it was today,sigh. So now I am rescheduled for the 19th .

Having pets is nice except when they have problems, then it is very sad to see them in pain.

Today I stayed home and did Cathe's Cross Train Express warm up, Kickboxing and drills then moved to the Kickboxing segment of 10-10-10, then added on Kelly's 30 Minutes to Fitness TLC's Boxing Combos. So roughly 44 minutes of Cathe and 32 minutes of Kelly.

I am finished now.

Sorry, I went MIA. However, I'm just happy to be here! I was originally, supposed to on the Amtrak train that derailed in Montana on Saturday! Slowly resuming workouts. Obviously, nothing long or intense. Finished September with 15 workouts in the books.. I was hoping for 17 but with the injury and vacation it could have been worse.

Glad to see you. What injury? I am glad that you weren't on that train. Take care.
A little under two weeks ago I fell at the dog park. I sprained and got soft tissue damage in my right shoulder and left hip and leg.
