Hi ladies,

Today I was down a little weight wise so I was happy!![emoji16]

So I did the Total Body Fat Blasting Taebo workout today which is 55 minutes. I used my 2 pounds each walking weights since I don't have a band AND put on ankle weights for added intensity. I can really see a difference in how much more I can do endurance wise since beginning teaching my classes.

Then I came to the gym and did 52 minutes of weight work. Worked my way up from 65 pounds all the way to one half rep(but I got it off the rack which is half the battle) at 120 pounds for bench press. I was pushing myself and taking longer breaks between sets.

I also did flys, barbell curls, triceps, lying overhead barbell for triceps, front raise with 20 pound barbell and the barbell curl and lying exercises were done with a 30 pound barbell also. Did shoulder press seated with the 30 pound barbell. Then I did floorwork abs.

Nice , really felt it in a good way, workout.

Then I cleaned like a maniac for 45 minutes. For some reason I have energy to burn today [emoji16].
