Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's hiit Pyramid - an oldie but what a goodie. I forgot all about these cardio workouts. Fun, fast and formidable! I added on Caroline G's pyramid workout for chest and back. All in all an hour!

Annette - how do you keep weight on with all the exercising you do? You have stamina!

Because I am a terrible Ester, that is how LOL!!

Today I had 5 tunes of blood drawn for the lab. Let's pray that the results are good.

Then I came to the gym and did 17 minutes on the stair machine and then 37 minutes on the elliptical.

Sounds like you had a great workout too.
