Hi Everyone,

Today I did another STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders and triceps. It was an hour and I added on about 10 minutes of MPL abs. You're all inspiring me. Now, to stretch.

Nora - thank you for sharing about living with MS. I am so impressed with your drive and fight to keep doing what you love

Nora and Linda - I was jumping rope at the start of the pandemic and bought what I think is a really good rope. I love jump rope but my bladder didn't :( so I gave it up. Just like spinning. I gave away my spin bike as it aggravated my back waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much - sadly. I love spinning too!

Annette - double whammy for you - long cardio and long weight workout!

Last night I did "stack" another short Peloton app workout, all of their workouts are
"in the studio" workouts....did 5 min. Treadmill warmup walk, 10 min. Arms & Shoulders
Strength, and ended that with a 5 min. Cooldown Bike Ride. Total 20 min. Nice little
"shorty" workout.

Today was 45 min. of Cardio Machines "Passport" workouts (LOL)
Ifit- 5 min. Treadmill Warmup along the banks of the Potomac River, Washington, DC
Hydrow- 10 min. Steady State Row on the Potomac River, Washington, DC
DVD- 10 min. Skier workout at Royal Gorge, Calif.
Bitgym- 10 min. Elliptical hike/walk at Anegundi, Karnataka, India
Ifit- 10 min. Mining Towns Recovery Bike Ride, Bisbee, Arizona

That was fun !

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did weight work focusing on shoulders and legs. So shoulder machine, dumbbells for shoulder press, front raise, seated clean and press, side laterals and rear shoulders, then I did the calf machine, leg press machine, 2 thigh machines, and both the inner and outer thigh machines.

Then I did floorwork for legs, legs and glutes. This was about 45 minutes.

I came home and did Cathe's MMA Kickbox the cardio only which is roughly 36 minutes. I am beat.

You are an inspiration with STS Meso 2, double high fives!! You rocked that workout;) Sorry to hear that jumping rope and spinning did not play well with your back and bladder.
I can relate about the bladder thing.

Annette- WOW!!! You are amazing with your gym workouts with weights and then going home adding on another workout with: I did floorwork for legs, legs and glutes. This was about 45 minutes.

I came home and did Cathe's MMA Kickbox the cardio only which is roughly 36 minutes. I am beat. Phew!! I need a rest after reading about your workouts. You're a workout legend.
