Hi Everyone,
Today I did another STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders and triceps. It was an hour and I added on about 10 minutes of MPL abs. You're all inspiring me. Now, to stretch.
Nora - thank you for sharing about living with MS. I am so impressed with your drive and fight to keep doing what you love
Nora and Linda - I was jumping rope at the start of the pandemic and bought what I think is a really good rope. I love jump rope but my bladder didn't so I gave it up. Just like spinning. I gave away my spin bike as it aggravated my back waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much - sadly. I love spinning too!
Annette - double whammy for you - long cardio and long weight workout!
