Today's workouts:

Blender- "Upper Body Sculpt" - 24 min.
IFit- "Val Gardena treadmill walk, Italy" - 20 min.
Weight Watchers- 10 min. Walk at Home workout

Nice workout today, Linda. Good and long.

Today I did a mix of Oliver Sjostrom cardio for 30 minutes and added on part of a 2.0 premix for Chest (flys and presses x 3 sets). I stopped early as I kept allowing my workout to be interrupted by people's early morning text messages which I could totally ignore - but don't.

Annette - the workout is over an hour I think. you don't have to want it as I'm sure you find great stuff on youtube. That's why my dvd's sit, unused. Also, I am realizing that I didn't come across a single cathe dvd so they must be somewhere else. It's been so long since I pulled out a Cathe DVD.

Nora - I'm sorry you weren't feeling so well yesterday. I hope you are feeling up for a workout today.

Hi Siobhan and ladies,

Yes, I looked it up and it is an hour long. I will take it off your hands, it looks different enough to add some variety to my kickboxing workouts. Do you need my address?

Today was 90 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press to 95 pounds, back machine all done as double arm reps, dumbbells for chest flyes, biceps (hammers and hammers with a twist), triceps ( overhead 1 arm at a time, kickbacks), shoulders( seated clean and press, front raise, shrugs and side laterals), then I did the sled up to 10 plates, ending with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch.

Nice workouts ladies, oh and I got to catch up with my friend.

Siobhan- Thank you fo your kind words. Yes, I'm feeling better today, still some lingering soreness but in all nearly 80% better today. Very nicely done today, despite the interruptions, well done with:

STS 2.0- part of premix for Chest work flyes & presses

WTG and high fives ongetting it done today!:)

Annette- Bravo on your always amazing gym workout. Awesome job on today's 90 min gym weight workout with:

BB chest press, back machine, chest work with DB's, bi's & tri's, shoulder work, sled work, and finsihing off with floorwork for abs, legs , and glutes and a well derserved stretch. BRAVO!! You are amazing!;)
