Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short workout - 20 minutes of MPL and added on Cathe's PP biceps and triceps. I will do my own stretch.

Annette - a short workout of 41 minutes - that's my standard ha ha. I'm guessing you do your own floorwork and not from youtube?

Nora - I also need at least 2+ days after a covid shot. My arm blows up and I am very flu like so I just can't work out. It's so sad but necessary. We love our workouts.

Linda - Great workout - and I am similar - I like variety e.g. 30 minutes of this, 20 of that etc.. There's just so much to enjoy!

I have been trying to get in workouts early, so today was

CatheLive Low Impact Cardio & Legs Express - 32 min. (Been enjoying these express
workouts that she has been doing lately, I guess because they have been rehearsing &
getting ready to film new workouts…but it’s just fine with me!)

Peloton 20 min. Boxing Bootcamp- Lower Body

YT- CrossRope 6 min. Jump Rope & Biceps dumbbell workout (short, but I love it)
My jumping rope is all low impact….which is easy to do with a Ropeless jump rope)
but so much fun..to me anyway…Cathe got me hooked on that when she included
jump rope in CL Functional Fitness a while back, and I really wanted to do it and then
discovered the Ropeless jump rope…and the rest is history!!

Yes, Siobhan I do my own floorwork.

Today I managed an 87 minute weight workout. Barbell chest press 65, 70, and 75 pounds, 8,7,and 6 reps respectively.
Then the back machine, shoulder machine, then dumbbells for flyes, press, triceps, biceps, shrugs, and seated clean and press. Then I did the sled , pulled with strap backwards with 4 (45 pound) plates, pushed it back , added another plate pulled with strap , pushed it back, then another plate same deal and that was it.

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes.

Take it easy Nora after all those shots.

Nice variety Aqua girl.

but so much fun. You got me hooked on the short Ropeless jump rope work outs, love them great little add-ons. WTG Linda and double high fives on all those amazing workouts. I so miss working out!

Annette- Wow!! You are an weight lifting inspiration, I can't wait to get back to working out. I broke my left arm in October of this year so I am easying back into lifing wieghts. I mostly do DB's for now since getting the all clear to workout or lift. I have been nervous to try Barbell again because of hurting previous broke high up on arm near shoulder. I can't lift super havy like you but ienthusiastically applaude you doing that. My heaviest with BB is 50-55lbs. I'm a work in progress I humbley admit I have toom to improve on my weights. You are a rock star on your workouts with:
