Hydrow Circuit Training #37 -20 min. Rowing & Bodyweight EMOM
YT-Anabolic Aliens - 5 min. Biceps Weight Plate Workout

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Midas MVMT for abs (20 minutes), Oliver Sjostrom cardio weight workout (16 minutes) and added on another Oliver tabata workout (12 minutes). Now, to stretch.

Linda - nice blender workout idea - so creative. I've got to check out that 5 minute AA workout. Sounds quick and dirty
Annette - you are sounding much better I bet you'll be working out again in no time
Nora - great GIANT workout yesterday! How do you have the mental focus for that much exercise, even if you do break it up? I would love to know as I'd like to find the stamina later in the day to do another workout. I mean it's better than tiktok n'est pas?

We have another plumber here today and hope he can fix the issue. The water is shut off and stuff has been packed into the living room AKA my workout area, so not sure when I can get my workout in. If I can I will. THe above listed workout is the plan. We'll see what happens.

Hi ladies,

Well, I decided to try a workout today. I found a 31 minute Taebo (one of Billy's carport workouts) and had the boxing gloves on for all but the last 3 minutes. Had to run to the bathroom 3 times ( system must not be fully happy yet) but I did it all . I did add in some kicks when Billy was too repetitive with the other moves.

The gloves when your hands aren't sweaty are easy to put on and off. As you get sweatier they don't come off or go on as easily. But even at only 12 oz. I felt it.

Hubby went back to work yesterday and got the evil looks from his co-workers because he was wearing a mask. He did not like it.

Nice workouts ladies. Nora hope your plumbing problems are solved and you can get your workout in.

Way to go Annette on getting in a 31 minute Taebo workout....and with your new gloves!
Yes, boxing gloves are harder to maneuver on & off when your hands are sweaty....I guess
that's just part of it ! I still wear a mask when going in certain places, like Walmart, grocery
stores, etc. I still see right many other people wearing them too. Those co-workers
shouldn't be disturbed by him wearing the mask, he's not only protecting his self, but them
as well.
