And here is September....

I hope to do a lot of walking today. So far, no workout.

Hi Siobhan,

Oh dear me!!! I hope I didn't overdo it. But today I came to the gym and did a 70 minute weight workout alternating between upper body and legs. 16 reps of everything and I used the machines for part of it instead of just dumbbells.

So it was numerous sets on the leg press machine alternating light, heavy and moderate weights, then it was the flye machine, then a quad machine, then the rear delt machine, then the other quad machine, then I started with dumbbells for shoulders and triceps, then the calf machine, then cables for chest, then the inner and outer thigh machines, then floorwork with ankle weights for legs, abs and glutes. And biceps were also done at this point. A couple of odd arm exercises for triceps and all upper body using a plate, and a plank was held for a count of 30, finished with a good stretch. Whew!!! That was a lot.
