Hi Everyone,

Today I did a SSOD yoga workout for 30 minutes, I added in the 5 tibetan rites workout from youtube.

Lisa - I agree about big city parks. They are lovely. High Park was donated to the city over 100 years ago and has been well maintained and loved ever since. My office is next to High Park so I go there a lot at lunch. My kids have spent many days in high park too. Cheap fun and they host live theatre every summer called the Dream in High Park. I hope you get your dream one day - to live in NYC!

Hi ladies,

Add so far I have managed to do a RealFitTv workout called Cardio Kick & Burn Kickboxing Workout which I found on You Tube. It was 43 minutes and I am feeling it. Don't know the instructor's name but she is in NJ. Which I found kind of funny since both Kelly and Cathe are both in NJ.

Not sure if I will do more .

Our town has a small park on the grand scheme of what larger cities have but a park nevertheless. No walking trails but a walking park(very small) was put it a few years back that I can walk to and then do the walking path. It has exercise stations too.

Hi all

Today was Tabatacise plus Abs and a long YogaTX segment.

We have a fairly large park in our town but I just love the history of parks in large cities as well as the nature. I really just love everything in large cities:)-the diversity of the people, food etc. we can learn so much from others that are different.
