Hi Annette and Aqua Girl (so glad you're gonna join us! the more the merrier),

Today I had a longer workout. I did 52 minutes of MPL (tough) and added on Cathe's PP for biceps. I actually went heavier than Cathe (although we all know she could have used higher than 12's :) )

Thanks for the congrats about retiring. I am excited and scared at the same time. And that was a big cardio workout (at a minimum yesterday). Whoa.

Thanks Siobhan…& congrats on your upcoming retirement! I did that back in January…
still just being “lazy” and not doing much of anything LOL! But it is a big change….

Annette, I see you have been continuing to “kick butt” on your workouts!!! Bravo!

My Thursday line-up :

DVD - WW - Immediate Stability Ball Workout
CoffeyFit Raw - Get up & Move warmup & followed with. Blender add-on “Quick Fix
Cardio Core Circuits”
Peloton 15 min. R&B treadmill walk.

planning on tuning into CatheLive this AM if I can…but will only watch :)

Glad to see you again Aqua girl.

Today I came to the gym and in a very sporadic way (due to talking and helping my gym friend Judy) ended up doing about 84 minutes worth of a weight workout full body. All but 1 leg machine, the back and shoulder machines, barbell for biceps curls 30 pounds , hammer curls and hammer with a twist, dumbbells for triceps and chest, cables for triceps, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch. Whew!!

I need to run a few errands before going home and I have been here waaay too long.

PS. Add in a quick 16 minute Taebo for a bit of cardio.
