Hi Annette and Aqua Girl (so glad you're gonna join us! the more the merrier),
Today I had a longer workout. I did 52 minutes of MPL (tough) and added on Cathe's PP for biceps. I actually went heavier than Cathe (although we all know she could have used higher than 12's )
Thanks for the congrats about retiring. I am excited and scared at the same time. And that was a big cardio workout (at a minimum yesterday). Whoa.
