IFit- "North Shore Road Endurance Ride, Bermuda" - 15 min.
YT- Earth & Owl- 10 min. Low Intensity Rebounder workout

Hubby has covid so not sure I should go to the gym, so my workout is on hold until I figure something out.

He'll be ok in a day or 2.

So I went for a long 55 minute walk to get some type of exercise in. Nice breeze outside. I walked forward and backwards and jogged downhill twice.

Hot and home now.
 
Yay, that walk sounds mighty fine! It is very nice outside….
hope you don’t get Covid…..does he think he picked it up at work?

I can understand your not wanting to got to the gym, but you got something in today.

Hi Everyone,

I worked out today but forgot to check in. I did Nordic Fitness Intense Cardio for 20 minutes and added on 26 minutes of heavy weight legs with Midas MVMT. I just love this guy's workouts.

Annette - I am so sorry to read your DH has covid. I hope it's a mild case and... I hope you don't get it too. Man, nothing keeps you down from working out. I just admire that in you.

Nice to see us all working out today. We are uhhmazing with our fitness. See you all tomorrow.
 
Thanks everyone. Add in 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some standing stuff too.

We aren't sure where he got it from. We both stayed for the Ministry Fair at church on Sunday. There were tables of food ( small sandwiches like ham and cheese and chicken salad), finger foods of various fruits and vegetables. And dessert tables. He ate off 2 tables and I only went to 1 table, we talked to different people with only 1 person being common to us both. I mean it could have been from his work but we just don't know. He is on the antiviral so hopefully that will help. Thanks for the prayers.
