@DAILY CHECK IN THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 13TH@

Hi ladies,

Today I did the time saver premix cardio only off of Hard Strikes.

Then after a dental appointment, my son and I went to the gym where I did 10 minutes on the stair machine as a warm up and leg workout, then 50 minutes of heavy lifting hitting chest and biceps really hard and heavy. Also covered shoulders, back, triceps and floorwork abs.

Now I am finished.

Hi Everyone,

Rest day for me today. I woke up on time but my body was sore from working out the last 5 days. I hope to see you all tomorrow.
