Good morning all,

Yes, Siobhan, I am on week 3 of STS Meso 1. I do feel strong, I must say.
Today was STS Disc 7, and then Ab Hits. Can we say "push ups"??????:confused:

yes, lotsa push ups in meso cycle 1 - that goes away in meso 2

today i did Cathe's MMA Fusion + 2 segments (out of 4) of Cardio + Weights - no weights.

sweatfest. but not too hard.

Hi all,

I did a workout off of Exercise TV called Fatburning Cardio then did a short arm workout off of Exercise TV and one exercise for triceps that I picked.

It is raining AGAIN!!!:(

Tomorrow I sub at the High School so no workout for me, but I am glad that I got 3 workouts in this week.:D

I overslept this morning :confused: Today was BB week 2 day 2...needless to say because I overslept I couldn't finish all the workouts :mad: Hopefully I can finish tomorrow.
