Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a Growingananas 35 minute cardio workout. I will do my own stretch.

Linda - You rose early this morning. Hopefully you caught a nap before your workout :)
Annette - WTG with your workout yesterday - KB + light weights
Nora - you got in a solid cardio workout yesterday. Yeah!
Waves to Nicki. I agree about ChelePA - I hope she is all right.

Good morning ladies.......Yes, Siobhan, I woke up in the middle of the night & was wide awake! I got up for a
bit, that's when I opened the thread and checked Nora's post :) But, I did go back to bed, and thankfully
fell back to sleep and was able to sleep another couple hours! I was glad for that. I rarely sleep the night thru- I think I just have never have gotten over not having little Jack with me. Nice workout this AM
with a 35 min. Growingananans cardio workout.

Nora, nice cardio session yesterday with YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 25 min Happy HIIT Pop Rhythm Ride Cycling Class & another short Kaleigh's cycling workout-THE JOURNEY ENCORE!= 10 Min Quick & INTENSE & Cathe's Fit Split - Bootcamp + Legs- Timesaver#2 Just Kickboxing + Stretch= 34 Min WOW!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS PLUS: Chest, Triceps & Shoulders" - 24 min.
YT-CrossRope- "10 min. Fat Burning Hiit Jump Rope & Bodyweight Workout"
Hydrow- 5 min. "Breathe It Out" Rowing Cooldown, Boston, MA

Hi ladies,

Today I changed things around by doing 2 rounds of cardio:

20 minutes of weight work machines for legs (4 machines) and chest (2 machines)
15 minutes on the elliptical
~40 minutes of more weight work including the back machine then dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders
~25 minutes of sled work up to 8 plates
~16 minutes of floorwork and light dumbbell work for shoulders and a stretch

So roughly 101 minute gym circuit featuring 2 cardio segments with weights all around.

I think I am beat!!

Wow, Annette, a longer one today with your 101 minute gym circuit. I liked the way you changed things up,
doing weight machines, elliptical, more weight work, then the sled and finished with floorwork. I love going
back & forth with some form of cardio, then wts, and so on.........Good plan & good job!

Wow, great variety of workouts. It's a nice mix of challenge and fun, amazing job:)

Annette- Wow!! Awesome 101 minute gym circuit workout working: legs, back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and cardio. Using machines, dumbbells, elliptical and sled. Plus a nice stretch. That was one powerful action packed workout, bravo awesome workout. WTG & high fives:)

I have to confess I didn't workout today. DH & I had to do some serious re-stock on pantry items so no workout today. It was 5PM when we were done & putting stuff away, so too late to start a workout.

Amazing job on all workouts done today.
