Annette- Wow!! Awesome 101 minute gym circuit workout working: legs, back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and cardio. Using machines, dumbbells, elliptical and sled. Plus a nice stretch. That was one powerful action packed workout, bravo awesome workout. WTG & high fives
I have to confess I didn't workout today. DH & I had to do some serious re-stock on pantry items so no workout today. It was 5PM when we were done & putting stuff away, so too late to start a workout.
Amazing job on all workouts done today.
