4DS Cardio + Weights: Kickbox- Lower Body Weights = 31 Min. WTG!

IFit- Trail of the Dead Bike Ride (34 min.). Cute, being chased by Zombies:). I guess they
produced this in honor of upcoming Halloween)
KCM - Power Split dvd - Premix- Power Interval Finishers - 29 min.
IP Timer App workout- Step, Kickboxing & Ropeless Jump Rope- 25 min.

Hi ladies,

I made it to the gym early and did 62 minutes of shoulder and leg work plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

This was machines for legs, and cables, dumbbells and a machine for shoulders.

Little bummed, my gym 'mom' is now in Hospice care at home , sigh. She is ok now but it is just hard to think about and I am tearing up typing this.

Might get a cardio in might not.

Ok add on a 23 minute body combat that was a little lame but it got your heart going and it was something.
