Good morning everyone!

Last evening I guess I had extra energy so I did CatheLive-Barbell Upper Body - 43 min. It's a good one!

Today's workouts:

Blender- Vertical Loading # 4 (weights) - 21 min.
Blender- Cathe: The Latest Years ( 2018-2023) - 31 min.
KCM- Body Design- Weighted Kickboxing - 15 min. (used my new egg weights)

I guess I had some extra energy this AM too. Need to put some of that extra energy into some
cleaning, etc. ! :)

Today I did a mix of Caroline Girvan Fuel series - Total Body for 36 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of a leg cardio by Oliver Sjostrom.

Linda - Wowza you've had some serious energy in the last 24 hours! Great job(s)!

Annette - my DD's both live together in Ottawa. My eldest (24 yrs) works as an Assistant for an Insurance company. My youngest (21yrs) works as an Assistant to a CEO and an HR Manager of a very small lobby group. She has a half credit left to finish in her degree which she will do next semester. I am just so glad they have jobs they love and are permanent with full benefits so they can stop spending my money! It's been an expensive 25 years.

Annette - What a long cardio workout you had. You are so fit and with so much stamina.

Nora - I am sorry to read you weren't feeling so well yesterday. That sucks. I know this will pass and you will be back at it in no time - but it still sucks when we miss our planned workouts. I hope today is a better day.

Siobhan, your workout this morning of Caroline Girvan Fuel series - Total Body for 36 minutes & 15 minutes of a leg cardio by Oliver Sjostrom sounds like it got the job done.

Your daughters sound like very special young ladies, and I know you are so very proud

Hi ladies,

Today I had a nice long talk with my friend Judy.

Then I did an 80 minute weight workout including and I will list what I did since I don't normally do that:

Barbell chest press : 75 pounds for 8 reps, 80 for 6 reps, 85 for 4 reps and 90 for 2 reps.
Back machine with 25 pounds on each side. Over and under hand grips some done with both arms some done as single arm.
Bench dumbbells: flyes 15 and 20 pounds 16 and 12 reps respectively
Bench lying for triceps, sitting for triceps 1 arm at a time overhead(with the 15 and 20 pound dumbbells) tricep kickbacks with 10 pounds
Shoulder: was a press with 15 and 20 pound dumbbells, seated clean and press with 12.5 pounds, front raise with 10 pound dumbbells, side laterals with 10.
Biceps: hammer curls with 15 and 20 pound dumbbells, barbell preloaded at 20 and 30 pounds for bicep curls, did a dumbbell move up like a bicep curl then turn your hand around facing down and go down for a forearm move, and hammer with a twist
Legs: I did 2 legs machines for thighs
Then the sled pulling backwards 6 plates, and 8 plates using the strap, then pushing with 7,9 and 10 plates.
Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.

How's that for a breakdown, just don't expect this every time.

Siobhan, I am glad your daughters are doing well. 2 of my sons live together kinda sweet that they still want to be with each other.

goodness girl, that’s some breakdown….& workout!

I thought I remembered that you had several sons…that is nice that they live together.

Annette- Wow 80 min gym workout what an amazing awesome kickbutt workout you did today, Double Bravo.

You utilized barbell, Dumb bells, Various machines, and sled. Finsihed off the workout with Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.
Wow!, Just WOW!! That is a great workout, WTG and Double Bravo's and High fives& WTG's. Annette, way to inspire and be awesome.
