Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short 45 minute workout of STS legs and Pedal Power cycle segments. Sorry you were alone the other day Annette. In the last year my private business has doubled. And, because I am the business, that means my time away from life has also doubled and then some cos of additional admin. work. It's good but it's also very challenging.

I am off until Wednesday of next week. Today is my last day in the office so expect little to nothing to come between me and my workouts.

Today I did my cardio at home, found a Taebo I had never seen before on You Tube and here is the name of it: Billy Blank's Bootcamp Elite Mission 2 Max Power! Whew!!

It was 42 minutes of band work(I held 2 pounds weights in each hand) with cardio mixed in. Tough only because of the band exercises he did and the combos.

Then my son and I went to the gym and I did an upper body and ab workout. Son spotted me with dumbbell chest press and I went with 25, 30, 35 and 40 pounds presses. Only got 4 reps with the 40s, my arm was shaking big time [emoji44]! With the 25s and 30s I did lying overhead for back, and seated overhead 2 arm tricep. With the 25s, 30s, and 35s I did hammer curls. Lat pull down wide and close grip . Then I did bicep curls using a 20 pound pre loaded curl bar, 30 and 40, 12, 12 and 4 reps respectively. Then I did shoulder press with a barbell and floorwork abs. 45 minutes total time.

Now it is raining and son went off to meet his girlfriend.
