Hi ladies,
Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 4 machines, 1 cable exercise and dumbbells for all of upper body. Honestly, I hit everything hard.
Then I did the sled for cardio and weights. Hand over hand using the strap pulled 3 plates, pushed back 4 plates, strap pulled backwards 6 plates, pushed 7, backwards pulled 8 then finished by pushing 10.
Then I did a short floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
I have been here waaay too long now, must. leave. now.
