Today's workouts:

Blender- "Shoulders: On the Ball" - 16 min.
PowerFit Harmony- "Cardio-Move It" - 20 min. (Stephanie Huckabee)

That's it.......Shorter day today..........have a good one!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was or ended up being 90 minutes of weight work at the gym. Between my back hurting and my leg hurting I decided to not do the sled today. But I did 3 machines (upper body), cables, dumbbells, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 3 machines for legs short stretch between floorwork and leg machines .

So still a nice long all weights workout, plus I got here later than normal.

Linda, I have never done Stephanie Huckabee - do you like her cardio? One of these days I'm going to get and learn how to use that Blender! I like short cardio workouts.

I went to the gym for a HiiT workout with weights and cardio. Too much to write so I took pics.

Good call to listen to your body in regards to your back and legs feeling sore to skip the sled today. Still an awesome workout.

Nicki, wow, that's some Hiit workout at your gym today. Dang, girl, you nailed it! Yes, I like Stephanie
Huckabee and her PowerFit & PowerFit Harmony workouts. They are lower impact & lower intensity and
all are 20 min. Stephanie was one of The Firm instructors before and I liked her in those workouts as well.
I think that you would love Cathe's workout blender.
