That is an awesome mix of workouts, and a powerful combination. Bravo, high fives & WTG!
The blender workouts always sound fun, challenging and time efficient, good stuff. IFit workouts
or passport workouts I call them always sound fun with beautiful scenery, wow walking in Italy, who wouldn't love that.
Anabolic Allens sound great weight stuff offered in doable time lengths. I have got to check that one out.
Ok, gotta love CrossRope. Jumping Rope is an awesome workout and time effective, so good for you.
I love your workouts today Linda, as usual always fun and inspires and mtoivates.

I am not feeling up to workingout today, so no workout today or tomorrow. I have my mammogram tomorrow afternoon and won't know results for 2-3 days after so early part of next week.
I am praying for begnin results and good outcome. I would truly appreciate any prayers or well wishes thank you in advance.

Hi ladies,

Today I met my friend at the gym and after a nice talk I started my weight workout. Including barbell chest(75, 85 and 95; 8, 6 and 2 reps respectively), then the back machine but with 35 pounds on each side, the dumbbell for flyes, triceps and biceps. The seated clean and press for shoulders plus some halo work in the ladies room after my floorwork. In between clean and press and floorwork was the sled, 6 pulled, 7 pushed, 8 pulled, 11 with a 35 on top pushed, whew!! Getting more and more comments from guys and how impressed they are with me. Next week I should be back at my highest if not very close.

Then I did 25 minutes of hitting the bag with my gloves on, and some kicks thrown in. Felt good. My friend wants to do it too so hopefully we can meet and do it together.

Praying for your squishogram tomorrow.

Thanks for the concern about my dh's aunt passing away. Funeral, burial and wake are tomorrow, so no workout for me.
