Hi Everyone,

Today I did a very short workout of Fitsplits lower body weighted work + 7 minutes of Afterburn (not much but it jacked my heart rate up).

Well, today I stayed home and went through my 2nd newest Kickbox routine I am calling Kickbox Fun With Add Ons. I managed to get through almost all the cardio(kickbox series and combos) before having to stop and take son to work.

Came back and went through the cardio of another workout that doesn't have the CD burned yet. Another 30 minutes, it is a circuit so it will have weights also.

My legs really feel all the movement and hops and skips and a few jumps. [emoji50] I am not as young as I used to be,LOL!
