Hi ladies,

My bloodwork results are trending in the right direction, Yay! Creatinine is down, GFR is up so I am closer to stage 3a kidney disease which would be wonderful to see. But I am stable at 3b for now.

Today was an 85 minute gym workout using only machines and cables plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

So machines for biceps curls, triceps, shoulders, back, chest flyes, leg press and calves. Cables for shoulders (lat pulldowns) , upper back rope pull, and another exercise for all of upper body.

Then floorwork with a stretch at the end.

I am still really sore from my leg workout on Tuesday plus my 1 shoulder blade is still killing me and I can't seem to work the pain out.

Anyway, workout is finished,Yay!!
