Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's PLB - standing portion only and did not do deadlifts (back issues). I added on 20 minutes of bodyweight MPL with Kellen. I am sweating!!!

Linda - you must have a lot of gym space - spin bike and a treadmill?
Nora - do you and Linda know each other outside of Cathe? You seem to have similar interests in your fitness choices

Good morning girls....Liked your mix, Siobhan, of Cathe's PLB & bodyweight MPL with Kellen. Great way to start a Thursday !

My downstairs is my "cardio machines"...Yes, treadmill, bike, rower, skier & elliptical !
All of these are equipment I have had for quite sometime , like some of them 30 years or
so !!! Oh, also an incline trainer, which is a smaller treadmill-lengthwise, but it inclines
up to 30%. Rarely do I go that high ! When you do, you need to keep the speed down
to like 1-2 mph...sounds super slow, but at a 30% incline, it can be tough. like going up
a side of a mountain ! Anyway, I enjoy them.

It's great that you modified for back issues when doing PLB, that is smart. I'm certain Cathe would tell you to modify as needed. No I do not know Linda outside of Cathe.
We just have similar tastes in workouts at lest some what. So now this should be your last day unless I miscounted. Congrats!!

Linda- Wow! You go some enviable workout equipment, that is awesome, lucky lady. Yes, I would imagine that would be nice to have all that variety and fun too.

Hi ladies,

So my friend had a doctor's appointment this morning so I didn't go to the gym to meet her.

So I stayed home and fiddled around with some stuff on YouTube that I hadn't tried yet. So I first tried a Cobra Kai Bo with Billy and it was lame. And I remembered that I had done it before, so I lasted 20 minutes. Then I found a Muay Tai Cardio Training with a foreign guy, I managed 15 minutes of it, it was very basic. So I did 24 minutes of a Taebo Sculpt workout that I normally love but I was burned out on everything else I had attempted.

So all in all it was 59 minutes of movement and weights. My triceps are sore from yesterday's workout and Billy hits triceps hard in that sculpting segment in the last workout I attempted.

Really need some leg work but that may wait.

Tomorrow is chest and back day at the gym.

Ok add on a Taebo Express Kicks workout for 11 minutes and 30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I am finished.
