Hydrow- 10 min. "Supercharge your Warmup" Mobility & Rowing Warmup
KCM- Cardio Sculpt Overload dvd mix- 23 min.
YT- Michelle Briehler- "Step to the Beat" Low impact cardio with Ankle & Wrist Weights - 20 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit using the rowing machine for my short cardio burst.

I did 4 leg machines, 3 upper body machines, dumbbells for chest press and flyes, hammer curls, triceps overhead and kickbacks, shoulder press and seated clean and press, bicep up and reverse down. 17.5 and 20's for most, 10's for kickbacks, biceps up and reverse down and seated clean and press.

Deadlifts 70 pounds for 5 reps, floorwork and abs, legs and glutes a few non weighted glute bridges trying to locate a better position on my back.

Stretch at the end.
