Blender- "Stronger & Fit: Legs & Shoulders" - 29 min.
IFit- "Mossman Gorge Treadmill walk-Daintree Nat'l Park, Australia" - 22 min.
YT-Live Fitness- 5 min. Full Body Weight Plate Workout

Annette, Nice job with your kickboxing workout along with floorwork yesterday. Sorry you weren't able to make it to the gym! Things happen!!

Today I did a 40 minute yoga workout from youtube. It was really good! I feel calm and stretched.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. And yes, that 5 minute plate workout was brutal.

Boy you are adaptive Annette. I'd have given up and not worked out. Sorry about your wheels!

Hi ladies,

Today I got to see my friend at the gym, YAY!!

Then I did a 90 minute weight workout including barbell chest press, dumbbells for chest flyes and press (17.5, 20 and 25), bicep hammers same weight as chest, triceps overhead with 17.5 abd 20's, seated clean and press with 10's, and triceps kickbacks with 10's, Arnold press with 10's and then the back machine. Did the sled in the 'War Room' which is downstairs from the gym it has a plusher artificial turf that makes it harder to push . The sled only holds 8 plates(safely) and I started with 2 and went up to 7 and that was tough due to the different turf. Came back upstairs and did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.

I. AM. BEAT!!
