Hi Everyone,

Today I did 3 rounds of Cathe's S&S bootcamp + some daily burn. Very tired today. Didn't fall asleep early enough as my daughter's friend (male) stayed over last night. His mother has been kicking him out of the house on and off for over a year. Not a good situation. I hope he slept well!

Annette - I was sorry to read about your lovely family friend. Hugs to you today

My response to deal breakers? # 1 is hatred against others e.g. racism, agism, ablism, fatism etc... I also can't deal with people who drink and drive - I just don't get that. Another deal breaker would be a smoker, a couch potato or someone who is a pessimist. Those are mine off the top of my head

Henriette - how can you be so energetic at this stage? I was barely mobile at your stage just mainly due to discomfort

Question of the day: stumped again! Help!

Question of the day- do you wear dresses(skirts, etc) more or pants (pantsuits, slacks, Capri's)?

I think I own maybe 1 dress, so definitely slacks/pants for me! Everyone have a good day! Hang in there, Annette!
Henriette, my coworker had her little one Tues. evening!! Almost 10 lbs, and 20 in long. A cutie!

Good Morning ladies! Siobahn, that's very nice of you to open your home to a friend in need. Life is tough enough then to find yourself without a roof over your head?! I'm sure he'll always remember your kindness. Henriette, pregnant teacher #2 worked Tues. As I was leaving I noticed her ankles/feet. So swollen! I said "call your MD". I guess her water broke and she had the baby. One more left plus YOU! Linda, a 10lb baby!!! Holy crap! Annette, sending healing thoughts your way.

Question of the day...pants. I have to dress according to the weather as I may have to run somewhere in the building or outside to get to a student. Plus I have the little kids so I'm always bending over, squatting etc.

Today I did Ripped w/ HiiT Plyo #1 and 2. I'm definately getting sick and tired of HiiT workouts.

Hi ladies,

Today I woke up exhausted after having slept just 5 hours. I was just not comfortable and then I was wide awake at 5.15 when my SS got up to shower. He was going to a Fright Night whole day thing at a theme park a few hours away with a group of friends and then 15min later my BF had to get up to go to work. It's so dark at that hour but once my head gets started it's hard to turn off all thoughts and go back to sleep.

Needless to say I felt drained all day and spent most of it on the couch reading and a bit at the table cutting some Disney paper silhouettes for the nursery while watching Netflix.

By the end of the afternoon I finally felt up for a little movement and did Body Beast Build shoulders... that's 38min of hard shoulder work. I still love Body Beast. Have been doing it for years, but it never disappoints.

After my shower I headed out to get the last missing things like socks for the baby, a thicker changing mat and some groceries. Maternity leave is becoming expensive, all that online shopping for the baby and more time to wander around grocery stores and stock up on all sorts of stuff knowing I will be at home for the next few months.

Answer of the day - pants. I own quite a lot of dresses and skirts, but 95% of the time I wear pants.

Hi gals ,

Thanks for all the support yesterday. Tough day[emoji52].

Today I went to the gym and did 16 minutes on the stair machine and 50 minutes on the elliptical machine. So my cardio for the day is done.

I own a few dresses (I am hard to fit in dresses so if I find one that works I get it) . I often wear skirts to church , but most of my bottoms are jeans, pants, skorts, and shorts. With a healthy number of mostly maxi skirts.

Have a great day and workout!!

Hi Everyone,

I used to wear a lot of dresses and skirts, high heels etc until I fell down the stairs at my house 3 years ago. I now wear mainly jeans and flats - blundstones and birks, actually. i am a social worker, working with street involved individuals now so I dress very casually. see you all tomorrow.

HI girls. Been thinking of you ((Annette)). I know it's hurting.
Oh, that's a tough workout Peg! For me, anyway. In summer, I wear all long skirts & pants due to my UV rashes. In winter, I rarely wear dresses/skirts. I may have one or two sweater dresses, but I don't have anywhere to wear it. If we go to the symphony, I have the same dress I always wear. lol.

My w-o today was X10 Hi/Lo and Linda Wooldridge ankle weights quad, outer thigh + glute which turned into a 1.7 hour routine. I generally never have time for that. I love her floor work.

Take care!

Good evening everyone. Tonight I did a chest, back, & triceps mix, about 30 min.
I wish I had some maxi or long skirts, I love them......I dress Casual most of the time, if I really had to "dress up"
For anything, I don't think I could find anything in my wardrobe to wear. I used to love to shop for clothes, shoes,
Etc., not so much anymore!!!! I think priorities change, with age, anyway, I'll blame it on age !!!! :)
Everyone have a nice evening.

You doin' ok, Annette? Thinking about you.
Thanks doing ok. Think middle son is taking it the hardest.

Oh, and my picture is now on the gym wall with all the other instructors. [emoji44][emoji16]

That sounds like my story... sort of. I used to wear a lot of heels, like long boots with heels and dress up more, than I fell down the stairs and my big toe on my left foot flipped backwards and left a small piece of bone on top of it I later found out when after several years later I was still in pain. Now if I wear heels I end up limping for days afterwards so it's just not worth it. Unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it. Operating could make it worse instead of better, so I just know no heels and careful with lounges etc. Working in IT it's all very casual as well, so for me that means jeans and casual sneakers, so not running shoes but just Reebok classics or Nike or Adidas HiTops etc. Certainly makes the commute easier as well. In the winter I wear boots, like Timberlands etc, but no heels [emoji853]
