Hi ladies,
Today I did a Popsugar kickboxing workout off of You Tube, stopping at 25 minutes. Then I did an 8 minute Taebo off of You Tube.
Then my son and I went to the gym for a full body weight workout including bench press, chest flies, hammer curls, one arm overhead triceps and triceps kickbacks, lat pull down wide and close grip, calf machine, leg press machine, inner and outer thigh machines and floorwork abs and legs. 68 minutes total.
I am losing weight again so that is good see.
