Good morning girls!

Today's workouts:

KCM 30MTF: StepBoxing 2- Premix: "Dumbbell Drills Only"- 18 min.
Blender add-on: " Unilateral Upper Body" - 10 min.

That's it! Thursday is my other short day! (gotta love those short days! :) )

Today was a 100 minute circuit at the gym consisting of 3 machines focusing on chest today. Dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Plus a new sled record of 730.5 pushed earning me 2 fist bumps even though it wasn't pretty and I didn't make it nearly as far.

Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Yay, it is fun to get new dvds!!!!! Nice long day at the gym Annette with a new record of
730.5 with the sled. Holy Moly!!! Believe me, I am giving you 2 “air” fist bumps!
