Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day today and just stretched for 30 minutes instead. I hope to be back at it tomorrow!

Hi Siobhan and Geoff,

Today I stayed home and did the Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo which was 45 minutes. I was also using my wrist weights during the band work.

I am actually sore from yesterday's workout.

Nice stretch.

Mat work from Kathy Smith Body Basics in the books! I "Hope" to do a Cathe workout next week. Rest day for Friday & Saturday.
