Good Morning Everyone,

Today I finally did a workout! I managed Caroline G's latest total body for 20 minutes (very heavy weights) and added on about half of Xtrain for bi's and tri's. That's enough for today as I am still on the mend.

Great big workouts yesterday everyone. The last week of October is pretty much the start of my early retirement from my day job (will work my business full-time so not retired at all) so I will be able to have longer workouts like all of you. I can't wait. It's a dream come true to have mornings to myself to workout for however long I want. So excited.

Annette - smathering? I can't remember when I last used that word. I'm gonna start using it again!

5 min. Rowing Cooldown in Mathews, VA.

Might do some weights later, we’ll see :)

Today I came to the gym and did 53 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end .

Supposed to rain this afternoon.
