Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did another SSOD workout - cycling plus weight training segments. very enduring. I only had time for 50 minutes and that took me 1:10 minutes as I needed to rest in between.

I have a late start today - yeah!

I am so ready for some real Fall weather. It has been hot and humid all week here!

Hi ladies,

Today I did Cathe's Rock em and Sock em Kickbox workout which is 48 minutes long.

Then I took son to work and hemmed and hawed about going to the gym. I decided not to.

I cleaned the downstairs bathroom and spot cleaned the walls using cholox wipes and then remembered that I had some off brand magic eraser unfortunately it broke in 2 really quickly.

I did see the doctor yesterday and I am now on prednisone and hydrazine (think that is the spelling) to help with the itching. The hydrazine is a step up from benadryl and a prescription. The itching is less today which is a welcome relief.[emoji846]

It is raining and muggy outside since the temperature is 75°F.

Amazing how much energy you have when you aren't consumed with itching!! And scratching!!!
