Daily Check in Thursday October 10

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a Body Camp Aerobics: Cardio Kickboxing workout which was on You Tube and 45 minutes long. Very weirdly done but considering how sore my triceps are I really felt it, ugh.

Then I did a Fit for Duty Kickboxing workout which was about 21 minutes long.

I am very sore today.

Then I spent an hour reorganizing my closet and drawers trying to get my Fall clothes out and putting my Summer clothes away. Getting a Goodwill bag ready and throwing some things away. All while on the floor and stretching all around to get to things.
