Today was Muscle Max, matched Cathe pound for pound and
will probably pay the price tomorrow...lol

Oooh Muscle Max is good. I haven't done the whole thing in a long time.

Today I did Squat Rack Legs but cut the rests to 1 minute. Made the hour long workout only 30 minutesish. I don't have anything heavier than 30's so I didn't need the loooong rests.

I added on STS Meso 3 - strength - shoulders and biceps and shortened the rests again to make it 30 minutes!

Looks like we will both be sore tomorrow.

I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos then I did the floorwork off of Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Arms Legs and Abs.

I really want to hit a goal in my weight loss before I see the doctor in 2 weeks.

Hi girls, today I did Xtrain back chest and shoulder and core as well from the same dvd. Great workout. Well, actually my goal is to lose fat mass and gain lean mass, define muscles. It's been a while since I weighed myself, I prefer not to stress myself too much over my kilos. I wouls say I weigh normally but 2 kilos less would be visible on me as I'm short... I try to eat clean (I eat pizza very seldom and pasta just once a week) but sweets are too much of a temptation to me... Take care
