Free day until I start the new rotation tomorrow - I did LIS Cardio Supersets and All Step Ab Hits.

Today I did Plyo Legs from STS. Wow, you just never take a day off. You are dedicated! Have a good one.
 
Hi gals,

Still hurting some but not as bad.. I was able to do some weight work with my shoulders, biceps and triceps, then did some floorwork abs and legs and an 8 minute Taebo for some cardio.

Need to take something for my shoulder pain, got busy and forgot.
