Hi everybody,

Today I did 62 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of that was going backwards.

Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs and glutes. Used the stability ball for the abs and glutes then went to the floor to finish.

My legs look slimmer these days.

Welcome wasnotwas. Thanks for joining us. We love new cathletes coming aboard and sharing workouts.

Today I did another Cathe live - burn sets bi's/tri's - loved it! I added on a 12 minute Mcfit youtube jumprope workout.
