YT-Redwoods- Cardio Drumming w/ Lindsay - 26 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of a RWH LI cardio workout and added on 15 minutes of Midas MVMT for cardio abs. I did my own stretch.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. Do you have equipment for TRX? Uhhh jealous!
Nora - yeah to getting in your workout! feels great, I'm sure!
Annette - you crack me up! you injure yourself and keep going. the dedication is real. We Cathletes can endure when others stop. I remember working out with a broken foot, sprained ankle, injured shoulder etc. I tell myself other body parts are still working. I hope you're on the mend.

I got a Gaiam supension trainer. for $19.00! TRX is toooo expensive! The one
I got goes over a door and suits me just fine! These workouts will be add-ons to others
and so far, I like the options and very easy to modify . Just another new toy!

Good for you getting a suspension trainer. I agree TRX is too expensive. I have one called Jungle Gym suspension Trainer. P have forgotten about it until you mentioned it. I recall it really gets the core in a bit way, good stuff.

Aahh, you have a suspension trainer too! I looked up Jungle gym (LifeLine) and that’s
nice too. The Gaiam one I got is pretty darn nice for $19.00 (well, it was $24.49 but I had
a CVS 25% off coupon, that’s where I got it, so it brought it to $19. With tax. The handles & foot straps are both nicely padded and it has 4 anchoring points on the 2 straps. Well satisfied at this point. Yes, I have added some new toys recently, thanks to YouTube & workouts I have found….this suspension trainer, a Gaiam Pilates ring, FitStix (cardio drumsticks).
 
Hi ladies,

Yes, Siobhan I had a goal for that day and I was gonna meet it hurt or not hurt.

Today I was home because the car is in the shop today. So I did 7 minutes of an Insanity workout before I said that was enough(push ups I don't do) so I searched and searched and finally settled on a Taebo Amped Fat Burn Accelerater workout. I only did 32 minutes of it, so roughly 40 minutes of a workout today. I was wearing my wrist weights during the Taebo workout.

My friend Judy took her boxing gloves to the gym and texted me that she had 'whaled' on the heavy bag!! It will be fun when we both can do it together .

Nice workouts ladies.

Hopefully I will be back at the gym tomorrow.

PS add in 18 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Now I am finished.
