Good Morning Glories!

Today is HIS/Chest & Back. I ended up doing the Double Cardio premix yesterday before our outing....it was FUN :D :D I think I finally have combo #3 down }(

Well, I wore black slax and an emerald green silk blouse to hubby's work function last night. During the cocktail hour some moron knocked into me and spilled red wine down the front of my blouse. What a sight! We were invited to sit with the president of DH's company, so I cleaned up as best I could. It was an annual fundraiser for the regional Food Bank, but I told the DH to not even ask me to go next year :(

Well, I'm running late...have a good day! Hang in there, Friday is right around the corner :D

My legs are feeling the love from KB/leg yesterday. Today I will do Karen Voights core and back pilates.

Beavs, very cool about your trainer! I think you'll be seeing lots of results!

Vilma, I like this series also. It's not as intense as the last group and it is just what I need right now. What do you think about the upcoming stuff mentioned on the blog? :eek:

Hi Phyllis!!

Last night was a bad sleep night. I went to bed at 11 and was up by 1:30 !~ I could not get back to sleep.
I finished a book and then dozed for about 40 more minutes around 5:00 and that was it !:(

Today is LIS/shoulders, calves & core. I've done the step only and loved it. Can't wait for the weight work.
I love working all those body parts. This workout will be my favorite of all of them for sure !:7

Phyllis: Do you like Karen Voight? I don't mind her although I despised her "great weighted w/o" I hope you're right about the trainer!

Becky: I felt shame when I read your post! I have only done the kick boxing workout from the series!! Pathetic, isn't it. I'm just on a heavy weight rotation and haven't had time or energy to figure out how to incorporate that one even though it is quite doable.

I blew off Low Max last night as it was late when I got home. I did do P90X Chest and back and while I didn't mind it (much better than BBC) I have to say I find Tony Horton annoying.

I will add in some cardio Friday, Saturday, and Sunday along with my weight work which will be a combo of Cathe and annoying Tony.

Good for you Tammy for hanging in there. I am sure your DH appreciated that 1000 percent considering what transpired last night.

Today was The Upper Body Premix ( 67 min ) from 4DS, which I have to say I kind of liked, and then ab hits. My upper body is fried to a crisp!
 
Beavs, Karen is OK. Before I found Cathe, I did some of her stuff, wut I never did " great weighted w/o" . I need to do some more for my back and this one seems to fit the bill.

Becky, this sleep stuff is crappy, isn't it? When I do sleep,if I do sleep, I'm a sweaty mess1 I thnk DH is tired of the whole menopause thing. I need to stop ranting in front of him. He feels helpless, i think. Anyway, I hope you sleep better tonight! Hey, do you have AIM? We can chat while we're not sleeping!!

Tammy: OMG, how awful about the blouse. I've had people do that kind of cr@p to me. REALLY ANNOYING!

Phyllis: So do you like the 4DS leg work out? I think it's great as is the KB work out!

Becky: Sorry about your sleepless night. I am soooo excited about the new workouts! What a suprise! They never mentioned it when the announced what they were working on you KNOW they planned it that way! }( I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Beavs: You don't like Tony!?!? OMG, I LOVE Tony! Seriously! He seems to have a personality that you either ADORE or HATE. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground where he is concerned. Oh well. To each is own, right? Chest and Back is da bomb though! }(

I actually, I can't say I hate Tony. I kinda like him...but I'd l=kinda like to hit him. I can't explain it... ;-)
 
Hi all,

Becky I hope you sleep better tonight.

I did Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps today (all but dips for triceps and dumbbell work for biceps hammer and traditional curls) and abs of of PSSL&A.

Nice workout and my weight is still down but needs to go further.

I ended up doing iTread 19/30 because I just did HIS step yesterday and then finished up with 4DS Chest/Back.

Patti ~ You're on your way! I didn't mind Tony so much as some of the background exercisers :eek:

I didn't deviate from my plan to run after all!

I did Itread 7/40 mins for a hilly 3.55 mile run this afternoon.
