Thanks Nicki for purchasing my son's book, I hope you like it.
Today was Back, Biceps and Forearms consisting of the biceps machine, the back machine (and I went heavier than I normally do on this machine), then the printout had me do: wide grip lat pulldowns - 12,10,10,8
Seated Cable Row- 12,10,10,8 I was able to pull 65 pounds for the last set.
Barbell Biceps Curl- 12 (20 pounds) ,10 and 8 at 30 pounds (these are preloaded barbells)
Dumbbell Hammer curls- 12(20 pounds), 10 (25 pounds) and 8 at 30 pounds.
Bentover Barbell Row with a 20 pound barbell for 3 sets of 10.
I then added wrist curls and hammer with a twist and then my normal floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
All in all 78 minutes. Hopefully I will feel this later.
Had a nice time shopping with my friend yesterday.
