Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's P30 High Impact Hiit cardio - I loved it! these workouts are really good. very impressed. And, I had fun! I added on 15 minutes of Caroline's weighted abs workout from youtube.

wasnotwas - thanks for still checking in! I appreciate seeing your posts

Annette/wasnotwas - from a Canadian point of view - things seem rather suspense-filled in the US

Have a great day and I will see you all tomorrow! I hope :)

Yes, Ceci, tension and stress are high right now.

Here is what I was dealing with yesterday:

I got one for you. I have been steadily gaining back the weight I lost. So Monday I had my thyroid blood work done. Got the results

mind you TSH: normal range is .4-5.5 ulU/ml

My last numbers were on September 1st and were .93 so within normal range.

Too low a number is hyper too high is hypo.

Yesterday I saw my results online my number is 7.03!!!! Hello, hypo by a long shot no wonder I am gaining weight. And since I have appointment tomorrow with him they didn't bother to even call me today since I am sure this must be a red flag!!

So I was hopping mad when I went to my appointment yesterday and had a speech and theory as to what to do already planned.

At 1st I wasn't sure he would budge on changing the dosage but in the end he did,YAY!! So in a month I get a whole slew of lab tests done between thyroid, kidneys and my high triglycerides. Hopefully my numbers will all come down.

Any way I had some house work to do so I stayed home and did one I haven't done in a really long time: Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Guillermo Gomez and Janis Saffell.

It is 54 minutes and a good little sweat producing workout.

Not sure I will do anything else or not.

Have a great day and workout!!

Oh my goodness, Calico, so glad your doctor changed your dose as hypothyroidism is so stubborn to treat. I hope your triglycerides come down too, and you mentioned kidneys--are you producing too much or too little creatine? Also, I love that Janis Saffell wo! I'm still bummed that one of my fave CIA workouts with her never made it onto dvd (seems that was the case with the majority of the CIA workouts??)

Ceci, things are definitely tense in the States now. It's not helping that Trump keeps suggesting that states he thinks he should have won were lost because of fraud instead of accepting that he just didn't win those states. I'm glad to know you're liking the p30 HiiT workouts--I can't wait to do them!

Another rest day for me and my rhr is almost back to normal, yay! I'm also really ready workout again :)

Wasnotwas, after a late Spring hospitalization for having toxic levels of Vitamin D(I accidentally overdosed on Vitamin D) my creatinine level was like 7 supposed to be 1.3. So I am currently still in stage 3 bordering on 4 renal failure. My electrolytes were out of whack and because of the Vitamin d level being off the charts my calcium level was too high.

So my thyroid (which I was already on Synthroid because half my thyroid was removed over 30 years ago due to a benign nodule) got messed up. I went hyper and my doctor readjusted my dose and now 2 months later I am hypo, can't win.

And I have hereditary high triglycerides that meds don't work because either I am allergic or react badly to the side effects.

I am a mess,LOL!
