Got my coffee booster and some simple protein and carbs. Headed to the dungeon for Gym Style Legs with my game face on.

Good luck Anita! I hope you have a great workout. Nice workout for you this morning too Linda.

Today I did a Jeff Hirsch tabata workout for 30 minutes. I added on 2.0 bonus for shoulders (7 minutes) and 10 minutes of MPL - mainly crawling. Time to stretch.

Great workouts yesterday everyone. Sorry you didn't get in a workout Nora. I hope you can get one in today.

It snowed here yesterday and actually stayed on the ground. It looked lovely.

What does Northern Italy look like?
It's beautiful! like a picture postcard......there's a whole series of walks in Italy, I have a
few more to do to finish that series.....

Great workout Siobhan with Jeff Hirsch tabata for 30 min, 2.0 Shoulders 10 min of MPL.

Gym Style Legs — My legs are TOAST! and JELLY! That was bonkers. I did really well, but slowed some reps and abbreviated or modified some of the floor work. By the time you get to roll ins and inner thigh work, you are just spent. Glad it’s done.
67 minutes — check!

Siobhan: It doesn’t snow here. Or if it does it doesn’t stick. Once about every ten years we will get a nice storm that’s enough for the kids to play in, but it doesn’t stick around more than about 48 hours.

Linda: I love the idea of a picturesque walk. People used to do that for pleasure, back in the day. Lots of people just took walking tours for fun. I think today we call it “trail hiking” or something equally athletic-sounding. (As if it doesn’t count unless it sounds intense.) But less than 100 years ago, people just went on a long walk, had a picnic, and walked back. It was quite the thing.

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym day and a record breaking day for me. I did chest press with the barbell (75 & 80 pounds),and bicep curls, then dumbbells for chest flyes, triceps , biceps hammer, and shoulders. Then I did the sled: backwards strap pulled 6 plates(45), pushed 7, backwards stap pulled 8 and then loaded the sled to 667.5 pounds got very low and pushed it the full distance!! The gym owner took a video and will hopefully put it on the Facebook page for all to see. He is sending it to me also.

Then I finished with 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a longer stretch.

70 minutes total.

Nice job ladies!!
 
Nice workout Annette! Good for you! That’s a lot of weight plates! I would look at that
and turn around and walk out the door:)

Hi girls:)

Just an update on today's workout. I had too many errands and not enough time so I did not get to my planned workout today, sorry. On a brighter note WOW! Holly Toledo that is a lot of weight plates. You are amazing Annette and a double portion of awesome too! You are my weorkout inspiration to a;lways aspire to get it done and never stop. WTG and Bravo!!;)
