Today's workouts:

YT-Coach Ali- Full Body Compound Weight Plate workout - 20 min.
YT-Fitness Type- 10 min. Upper Body Kettlebell Strength workout
YT-Fitness Type- 15 min. Abs workout with Med Ball

I hope everyone has a very nice day and most of you probably will not be doing workouts today.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. I can't really do KB's due to lower back issues :(

Today I did more Hoco - bootcamp. I did 36 minutes but it pretty much took me 50 minutes as I needed so many breaks. It's tough.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Today I did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing, the 53 min. combo which is both workouts put together with 1 warm up and 1 cooldown. Then I did 12 minutes of floorwork. So not too bad. For the Kickboxing I had on my wrist weights.

Nice workouts for some of us.
