Good Morning all!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Box*Sit" - 30 min. ( Kelly's seated Boxing workout!- Fun)
YT-Improved Health- Seated "Rock n Roll" cardio workout & Stretch" - 14 min.
Hydrow- 5 min. "The Dessert of the Workout" Rowing Cooldown, Boston, MA (of course, rowing is seated!) :)

That's it. I've got one more day of "sitting on it" :)

Well, I finally made it to the gym. Late start due to the cat having a vet visit at 11:30 this morning which took a tad longer than it should have in my opinion.

So I just finished a 71 minute back, biceps, and forearm weight workout. I did the back machine with 35 pounds on each side, the lat pulldowns starting at 55, then 70 and ended with 85 pounds for 8 reps that was tough.

Barbell biceps curls (the ladies room wasn't available due to renovations being done here at the gym) so I did a set of 12 and 10 with the preloaded 30 pound barbell then tried the 40 pound preloaded barbell and only managed 2 but hey I tried.

Seated cable row with 40 for 12, 55 for 10, 65 for 10 and maybe 70 for 8, not sure those numbers are right but somewhere in that neighborhood.

Hammer curls done with 20's, 25's and 30's for 12,10 and 8 reps.

Finished with floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes. I did the bent over barbell row with a 9 and 12 pound body bar.

Nice stretch at the end.

covered everything for those areas plus!!

Hope kitty is ok! Oh, by the way, have you watched that Small’s Cat Food commercial
with those 3 different cats in it, one of them being Bruce Wayne, the sphinx hairless
cat that rides that skateboard in a garage??? I love that cat! :):)
 
Yes, I have seen that commercial. Honestly, I am not a fan of hairless cats but it is cute to see him ride the skateboard .

The cat only needed her distemper shot but she is older so they recommend all the expensive stuff ie..like her teeth needing cleaned and she has some start of gum disease. All the tune of over $2000!!

Otherwise she is a healthy 13 year old cat.
